Is your 250 still for sale. Is it more of a project car. I'd like to get some information. First of all asking price.

Daimler 250 Head for sale
Hi lads I bought a single head on Ebay earlier in the year. I paid £150 plus shipping at the time . I sent the head to Jonathan at J and E Engineering. It passed the pressure test but I used two other heads which I bought through this forum instead. The head does need welding around the water jacket...

My radiator was recored a few years back and is in good condition. We checked my water pump and no problem there either. Ididnt know I was running without a thermostat. I was driving with low water unknown to myself for a period but the guage never went out of normal setting and we didn't notice any...

I'm sure the club recommended gaskets are very good too its just the engine builder said he would use the Payen if a set was available. Who makes/ supplies the oversize gaskets . My heads are getting near the max skimmed. We are trying to figure out what caused a breach on the combustion side of my ...

Would any of you happen to have a set of New Old Stock Payen head gaskets for a 250 V8 that you might be will to part with. Just decided to try here before purchasing the alternative type supplied these days.
