Thanks for the replys, The heads on my car have been reconditioned and refitted, the engine starts and runs fine gets up to temp and is not pressurising but it is putting water into the exhaust system and I am having to keep topping it up, it's a lot of water coming out, there is no water in the oil...

As I said though there is no oil in water or water in oil only water in the exhaust, no pressurising, if the inlet manifold is split bypassing it could cure my problem maybe?

Hi all, Have recently suffered head gasket failure on my V8250. I had the heads repaired by a local specialist to what seemed to me a good standard. You dont really need new filters as they can be easily cleaned and put back.
