I'm getting the same sort of results as you and like you I think better results are to be had with more applications of conditioner. If I understand the Lucas system correctly 476 is the model number and 572442 is the part number.

If it is Consort they are definitely Lucas 476. Rare as rocking horse poo. They do come up on e bay from time to time. I think there is one on there at the moment. I got my RAL numbers totally mixed up yesterday, when I looked at Google the number I had put was a purple colour! I should know by now not to rely on my memory.

Anyway the Ral number for black is 9005.
