Re: Capacity of SP250 cooling system
I've used the Evans Waterless coolant for the last 7 years with no issues. It's expensive but hopefully will keep rust out of my motor.

Re: What oils/grease to use
When I had my motor rebuilt in 2013 the chap that did my rebuild swore by "Driven" products. They used to be called "Joe Gibbs Racing Oils". I live in Canada and have no problem ordering oil online, the business is in the USA. If you read the attached link, you'll discover these ...

I got both boot/bonnet hinges through the Club, specifically Laurence Jones about 8 years ago, might be worth firing him a email. His details are in pasSPort

Jorg:
When my motor was rebuilt I bought all needed parts including the oil seals from Barry Thorne. If you are going to drive aggressively or race your car you should contact Russ Carpenter as he does a bespoke oil seal.

Re: timing chain vibration damper
Jorg:
When my vibration damper or harmonic balancer needed replacement I had to send mine in to Manners who has them redone. This was 7 years ago but I doubt much has changed. I'd also try Barry Thorne by email.
Good luck, Bruce
