Hi Everyone, It certainly does look like Peter's car. I never knew it had the same RAF blue interior upholstery as mine. I think it was a Barker bodied car and would have been a mourning car, to accompany a very similarly shaped hearse, but of course Brian Smith's new book will probably be definitiv...

I haven't forgotten abbot sending you photos.
I had a set of photos of a club member's car which had a correct replacement hood made from an original as a pattern. I will try to find them for you.

Hi Andy, I would send you photos of mine but it isn't really "correct". I think the original pattern was quite roomy and "tailored" so that the side panels were quite high to give the hood underneath plenty of room and not push it down too much. Mine tends to be a little stretchy...
