Re: Automatic rear axle Conquest Century

Hi Graham. The engine went in another car. The 2 cars I had have now gone, 1 to Poland and 1 to Holland. All I have left are some engine parts, the autobox and Torque converter and this chassis.

Re: Alloy Wheels

Just reading this. Whilst I agree Insurance dont like paying out. Thats not the case in this instance. It appears to be the timescale for the job and the time off the road. Surely a curtesy car should be provided and if the timescale is beyond your control, I would ask the insurance company to cover...

Advice on preselect box

Hi Guys. Got engine up and running. Had sticking valves and 3 bent pushrods. Head refaced and valves sorted. Now its running I'm trying to sort gearbox selection. Re: CYLINDER LINERS

In reply to Toms post.... sorry for the delayed reply.

Re: Piston Rings for Conquest Century

Hi tjt77. I had the same problem. Best of luck getting them out. Mine eventually moved but took the liners out of the block, also cracked the block getting them out. I ended up getting another engine. Decided to just use the old engine for bits till I get the new one sorted properly. I have a set of...
