Re: Trimmers - NORFOLK

Hi Richard,

A couple of years back when I was looking for a trimmer in Norfolk/Suffolk, I was recommended, but did not use, N Fulcher, in Hetherset near Norwich. http://www.coachtrimmer.co.uk/contactus.aspx

Re: SP Heater issue

Today I drained a small amount from the radiator and removed the heater valve. It was basically clear, although a small amount of crud had accumulated, which I removed. I also remove the other connection to the heater and blew through the heater, to confirm that it was clear - it was. Did the same p...

SP Heater issue

A couple of week back, I took the Dart out for a spin. The first 10 miles or so were fine and I was comfortable and warm, but then I got cold as the heater was just issuing cold air. The temperature gauge was in the middle of its range. So nothing obviously wrong. When I got home and the engine had ...

Re: sp 250 Wire wheel conversion

It still probably looks more "muscular" than it should. Which is probably not helped as it currently has 185 Vredestein's on the back. However it came to me with perished/cracked 205 Dunlop's, which did look way too substantial.

Re: sp 250 Wire wheel conversion

Mine came to me with the bolt on hub conversation all round.
And having read some horrer stories about the potential for something to break, particular at the front, so I took the decision to replace the front ones with the correct splined hubs.
But I have left the bolt on conversations on the rear.

Re: SP250 rear dampers

Greg - Found the 7586 LH / RH codes exactly where you indicated, so many thanks.

Colin - Thanks for the warning

Re: SP250 rear dampers

Hi Greg,

The links aren't a problem, easily available from David Manners and probably Barry Thorn.
I'd looked all over the dampers (and found the 32712 number), but must have missed the number in the location you indicate. I'll check again in the morning.

Many thanks

Re: SP250 rear dampers

Hi Simon,

Thanks for the recommendation, but I would like confirmation from someone that what I currently have is correct for the SP250, as based on other changes that had been made by earlier owners, some parts have been replaced with something similar ish, but not necessarily correct.

Thanks
