Re: Buying a La 10

I'll do that when I receive the car. For instance I have a partial scan of the original logbook and the registration number, it's all.

Re: Buying a La 10

Hi Al thank for your response.
If everything is OK the car will leave UK to France in the begin of the next month (september).
I'll have to completely dismantle the car to rebuild and I'll be in need of all the information availlable.

Yes Christopher my car is a LHD. But I am pretty sure with the device shown in my last picture, it will be OK even with RHD.

Re: V8-250 Saloon: Engine & Gearbox Removal

I'm sorry , LOMH, but I can't agree with your method , because the rear chain will almost certainly foul the throttle cross shaft on a saloon. The best place to connect the lifting tackle is to thread it through the inlet manifold Yes Christopher I was only talking about the use of the two hoist. I...

Re: 250 v8 rear hub removal (i hope)

Tried many pullers without succes. I have cut the nuts at the rear and pulled out the hub and the half shaft. Then it was easy to use a 20 T hydraulic press.
