Re: Sp250 Hubcaps
Hubcaps only now - steel wheels scrapped. Seems a shame but no interest shown for a Freeby.

1963 'C' Spec SP250 Offered for Sale
1 - 387GXD Fr NS.jpg 3 - 387GXD Front.jpg 5 - 387GXD Interior.jpg I'm putting my 1963 SP250 up for sale, for no other reason that its not getting the use it deserves, and am advertising initially on here so that it might go to a club member or enthusiast. Re: sp 250 Wire wheel conversion
I've used MWS parts throughout - spacers at rear, new hubs at front, chrome wires, spinners and new tyres.
Not cheap but very simple to do and makes the car look 100% better, imho, since the overly narrow rear track was always a source of irritation to me and the car now sits well.

Re: Fancy a new Fuel Tank? - Here's how
Dave, A great piece of work, thanks. Its inspired me to use the latest period of house arrest to take my tank out and set about sorting the petrol smell. In the event, my tank looks to have been replaced at some point as there was no crud or rust inside. I'm having a boss welded on by a specialist a...

As does this

Used earlier this year on engine bay. Cleaned well and did not affect paint. New paint applied fine.

Re: Trickle charger
Another vote for CTEK5.
I've fitted banana plugs to the 2nd cable and use the charger socket on the SP250.
