Hi, just seen this Daimler a regency maybe, but has been outside on the road for a few years so a chap said, car is in Glanaman in wales. maybe only for parts and no "for sale" is on it. enjoy!

removal of carbs is ok and i found getting a thin type spanner works best or anything that works.ton

Hi, not as bad a job as i expected just take your time tho. 16mm studded rod with locknuts and 4 guide bolts to guide the spring pan into position as these pics show. but be careful as always with these springs, ton

Hi, thanks for the input as this guy was working in the 50-60s era, so he would have used what they had at the time, but its a very distressing event to have a fully rebuilt engine not work very well, i had these issues 20 years ago with my so called "rebult by a master engine builder" v8 ...
