Apparently there is a 1939 DE27 for sale at the Classic Car auction at the NEC later this month. Chassis no.51291. While it doesn't have a reserve there is a guide price of £15 to £20,000.

The fuel pump in question is the type operated by a lobe on the crankshaft. Attached to which is the fuel bowl.
