the webb plug tool from J&E sounds the answer to removing the plug. What grade of stone for honing the bores do you suggest, Medium grade, ??

Well the engine is "unsiezed " , and turns over nice and easy, the heads are back from the machine shop, skimmed, valve seats recut, and all new valves. and the new cup type oil seals fitted. The plan was to refit them and try the engine. But I am going to take the engine out, and hone it ...

SIEZED ENGINE--NO MORE. All of Dec. and most of Jan. the engine remained siezed, tried diesel down the bores, then sucked it out, and put ATF and acetone down the bores, sucked that out and dosed the bores with Plus Gas.
