You should be able to get a reconditioned one or parts. My preferred company are based in Shirebrook and are Classic and vintage dynamo. They have been very helpful had very knowledgable.

Many years ago when the club ventured into spares they had panels supplied by Martin Robey. It might be worth contacting them.

You might find that the threads are bsf or bsp. It depends on if they were made for Daimler or Austin.
It’s something I wasn’t aware of until Sunday.

Try PD Gough at Watnall Nottinghamshire. They have patterns for many cars and although they specialise in stainless they do make low carbon steel ones also.

K seal has got to be worth a try. They offer a money back guarantee if it doesn't do the job.
Are the core plugs in the head in good order?
I know Derek Sleigh had new ones made for his car earlier this year because the old ones had gone porous.

I think the unit used on DB18's is wired different to the convention. Most sender units would end up reading full when empty and empty when full.
