60th Anniversary re-print

So I got my re-print copies and was sad to see that they were not presented as The Daimler V8 Dart.
Was the SP250 ever a "Dart" in the UK?
Was the "LDH V8 Dart" version just the US market that was eventually changed to the SP250?
Is Chrysler still holding a grudge after 60 years?

As in the thread referred to in the Old Forum, I was successful using a replacement seat from a plumbers faucet kit and some thread lock.
Adjusted the door setback by screwing the seat in or out and bobs yer uncle. The water flow hole in the seat allows the pin dome to center.

Steve, Since the thermostat switch used to control the fan is controlled by temps remaining in the cooling system, the time to get to shut off temp can vary immensely from hot to cool days. If you suspect ignition type problems, an old trick is to run the car in complete darkness and look for the "light show" as it will locate insulation failures and carbon trail arc overs most readily.

Is it possible to fab up a temp fuel tank/canister/bottle to connect to the fuel pump and bypass the tank altogether and determine the rest of the system is free of blockage?
