Hi Aaron,
When I bought the car it had a very sporting sound that I enjoyed for only about 3 months. It eventually became a pain when driving on the autobahn. The new exhaust to pleasant, just sporting enough when pulling away from the lights, and quiet when cruising, befitting the car!!

Re: SC Parts Group stainless exhaust
I have one from Limora in Germany who cooperate with SC so I suppose it is the same unit. It is a very well made exhaust. The only problem I had was one of the end trims was a very tight fit. It is also quieter than the exhaust previously fitted.

Covid work valuation
All the Covid lockdown work has been rewarded yesterday with a "Classic Data" 2+ rating and valuation for insurance purposes.
Still some bits and pieces to clean up.

Re: drivers side exhaust front down pipe removal
Brian,
Remove the 2 nuts. With the other side attached it should not move much out of its position and slip back in easily. If so you can easily lever it into place.

Re: drivers side exhaust front down pipe removal
Hi Brian,
I would tend to just jack up the car, remove the Manifold and leave the steering "Can of worms" for another time!!
