Hi, no there is no seal on the other side of the Hub bearing, it would appear the the Seal you have fitted has an incorrect internal diameter .

Hi Steve, thats strange , as the Cam follower Blocks are usually held onto the Cyl Block by Bolts !

Hi, remove the Nut once more, paint a White line in line with the Split Pin hole, refit the nut so that it lines up with the White line .
This should allow you to insert the new Split pin.
