The big question is which DB18 pump? There are a number of different arrangements of internals for pre and post war DB18 and even the Consort has 2 different seal arrangements. Most of the seals are made to order items and require minimum orders. Try one of the specialists and see if they will sell ...

The threads are left and right hand and 18 tpi Whitworth thread form.
You probably won’t get an off the shelf tap and die but a thread file will help clean up the strecltching/ damage.
The only threads with a unf type thread form are on brake hoses.

From memory the caps are a 2 piece construction so they would need 2 mandrels for a guide to spin them against.
I currently have someone cnc turning me a set in stainless steel.
It is probably cheaper than metal Spinning.
