The reg is not shown as a DVLA record or any other search i have done, so this will need work to get the registration back on the car.

Graham the" Not Taxed For Road Use " would indicate it has not been on the road since it was sold or at least a very long time, WHICH IS SAD as you went to the trouble of a New Ash Frame.

Might help if you used rubber mallet which should stop any damage but will act as a vibration, sure you will get there with a bit of time and effort .IF you get it to move use a light oil after as WD40 tends to leave it a bit dry so it may stick again, could remove it and clean it all the choice is ...
