Re: dart tire size

They are on steel rims not wires. They are Pirelli 165 R15. The workshop manual says to use 5.94 inch tires which would be 150mm Paul My manual says steel wheels 4J or 4" and tyre size 5.9" - 15 which would be 150mm, but 165 mm is most common on 4J wheels. Some people fit 175 tyres on 4J ...

Re: Parts/Car required

I agreed with everything you said, Richard. I still recommend using only email for this forum.

I was just pointing out that on another forum I moderated, members frequently used pm to have a private side conversation while posting in a topic publicly.

Re: Parts/Car required

Mark, Using the PM system via this forum is not great and often messages do not arrive. You will be far better using the email option - as I did with you. A couple of years back there was conversation on here to get rid of that facility, but it's still here and underperforming on numerous occasions...

Re: Problems with getting access to this forum

Today I found out that Edge Personal browser allows 5 GB free VPN. I had tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox yesterday but none allowed access to the forum. Now I have activated Microsoft Secure Network Preview in Edge Settings, Privacy, Select Sites and added http://forum.dloc.co.uk and https://forum.dl...

Re: Problems with getting access to this forum

I got the 403 error yesterday and I still got it this morning. Right now I am posting from the shop WiFi connection. I have emailed Graham Emmett and Peter Baker. Peter says he will raise a fault report with the server. He agrees that it's a server fault problem, but I'm still not sure whether it bl...

Just asking like,

I'm interested in the types of cars our members own, especially if electric; the forum has 1206 members but so far the poll only has 8 entries and that may include members owning more than one car. :|

Re: UFOs & Aliens

What a shame, if it's a hoax. I love all the UFO and alien stories, first the alleged discoveries and then the follow ups. Better than any crime novel. I'm not aware if the Mexican authorities have admitted that they were conned, perhaps they are too embarrassed to say anything or perhaps they still...
