Part Wanted: V8 Saloon Leaf Springs

Hello. Does anyone in the SE or East Anglia have a set of V8 saloon leaf springs, please. They DO NOT need to be road worthy, they are to be used purely for providing movement on a rolling restoration. If you can assist, please send me an EMAIL ............ not a PM via the Forum Thanks. Richard.

Re: Daimler Conquest

Further to the last. A V5C [logbook] update was issued on the 6th June 1989. However, the DVLA enquiry form never states if a vehicle has been scrapped or notified thereof. Re: V8 Manual front seats - info please

I also noted in the photo that the seats do not have the airyated [cannot recall the correct term] design on each of the individual pleats - unless the photo is preventing that being shown

Regards.

Richard.

Re: V8 Manual front seats - info please

However, if you have the auto square seats it is still possible to select 2nd and 4th but a lot tighter. This all comes to a head if you need to move either the dri...

Re: fuel guage

Not SP specific - a general testing procedure I wrote-up some time back: FUEL GAUGE NOT WORKING – How to test it The fuel gauge is composed of two components: a sender unit in the tank and a gauge on the instrument panel. The sender consists of a float on an arm that varies the resistance the sender...
