I have always wondered if there is any accurate information on the survival rate and effectiveness of the Police SPs. My recall may not be accurate, but I remember many years ago, I was told by a lorry driver that they ‘used to play with the Daimlers’ in so far as getting them in awkward positions b...

I see that the EL24 met its reserve and sold for £8700, sounds like a bargain and a good buy to me but I have no real idea of prices.

Just for interest (if anyone is interested) - the 1911 15hp Daimler made £59,800 inc. premium, the 1912 Lanchester Model 25 made £155,250 inc. premium and the Lanchester book sold for £89.60 inc. premium.

As seeminly standard the 'driver' for the video clip seems unable to operate a fluid flywheel correctly, maybe one day. Of course the estimate is only that, but if it goes for that will be a bargain, also listed as a - you might also consider - at the end of the listing is a 1957 example for £4-6k. ...
