I would suggest that what electronic ignition system you go for depends on how much you want to spend. Classic Dynamo and Regulator Conversions have a very interesting site and will do the conversion. The regulator on my Lanchester LD10 is indicating over 17 volts at the battery with the engine running at some revs.
