Re: SP 250 dual circuit breaks
Hi
I have just looked out close up of the master cylinder which I attached. I should have mentioned that the fitting and balancing of the P6 servo System is a bit of a pig to do. We have not found the need for a servo even in our advancing years.

Re: SP 250 dual circuit breaks
Hi Dave I bought the master cylinder at the NEC so I did not get a receipt, cast on the side is 1.22 and A & B on the outlets. However if you try the the supplier I named he claimed he had provided quite a few. It definitely came off a P6 Rover european export model. I think it's from a 3,500. T...

SP 250 Hand brake
Hi
Margaret's Dart is due it's MOT and one of the hand brake pads had worn badly. The rest of the pads have plenty of life left in them. I was amazed at the cost of replacement being around 100 pounds for a set. I am not sure what caused the wear of the inside pad. Any ideas?

Re: Spongey brakes
Hi Rodney Are you talking about the SP. If you are then I cured the problem by fitting a dual braking system which increases the volume of fluid back and front. I have written an article on how to do it. If you want a copy send me an e-mail. I believe the cause of the problem of the double push is t...

Re: Nuisance telephone calls
hi
My 16 year old grand-daughter when answering these calls asks in a childish voice if the caller likes 'pepa pig' and who were their favourite character. She then lists her favourites and they soon give up.

Hi John
Yes the passport was required both ways. It was also required at some hotels and interestingly for a security when hiring an electronic guide at a museum.
