Re: Tool storage
Hi Graham There was a specially shaped box that fitted in the spare wheel compartment for the hand tools. I've only ever seen one and I have it! I'll send you a photo. If the fluid disappears again then I’m afraid it’s gearbox out for a new fluid flywheel bearing and seal. By the sounds of it you’ve already found the man to s...

Re: V Boyd Carpenter
His Conquest was stopped by the Police for a roadside spot check and immediately condemned, never to rise again! He certainly was a character, a disagreeable one most of the time but he served the members well, OK - mainly well. There are some horror stories about his “call out” charges but he gener...

Re: DB18 Saloon in Melbourne Australia
It does look good doesn't it? On the topic of the falling Australian Dollar, is there much interest in buying classic vehicles from here and importing into the UK or Europe? I know that we benefit from a drier climate and so hopefully less rust but the sun is so much fiercer and harsher on finishes...

Re: DB18 Saloon in Melbourne Australia

And the horn button is different to my car - I have the oblong button push. The car I’m dismantling has this central button too so I’m wondering when it changed.
