the upper pivot block is free and not attached to a spring. The lower springs top is attached to the post its pointed at.

the tang on the dist shaft gear should be parallel to the c/l of the Rotor . this may have been repinned incorrectly as well , check it out while u r there

The cost of splitting them is 50 cents for the sq. section seal washer between and makes life a lot easier

With the caliper seperated, install the rubber boots, grease ,then and push the piston through . Use a small screwdriver to spread the rubber .

Rockers done , one beaten and bent for impact abuse testing , the others off to be crack-tested. Another couple of sets of heads being welded to copy the Radical 2.8 version . A bit of jumping the gun here as i've not had the new mtr. on the Dyno as yet -- fairly confident it should work out though ...
