I discovered the front pulley on current V8 2 1/2 engine under re-biuld is damaged.. does anyone have one available ??..to keep shipping costs down, all I need is the actual pulley, which unbolts. NOT the full front damper assy . thank you in advance, .. direct emily best for reply :- tim.trevithick@yahoo.com

Dennis, well spotted.. seems to look like a tidy car but seems expensive and likely overpriced.. no images of the engine installation.. I use to disdain conversions to US powertrain.. and passed up quite few jag Mk2 s and Stypes over the years .. there are likely more 70s to mid 80s XJ6 survivors with GM powertrains than those with original jaguar engines.. there is a daimler XJ6 coupe ('76 i think) for sale i n LA right now with a GM350 swap.. quite reasonable price too..
a Ford 302 in a daimler v8 saloon makes perfect sense stateside.. its provided the power the cars should have had form the get go.. slightly better than a Mk2 3.8 jaguar.. and much better overall balance ( which is what makes the daimler a nicer car to drive..along with the V8 burble)
