Can anyone advise where I might get good quality head gaskets for my SP250 please?

Usual suppliers are Barry Thorne and David Manners but many of Jaguar suppliers also cover the Daimler V8 engine.

There are usually a few on eBay - but it's difficult to know if they meet the 'good quality' criterion.

original head gaskets are stamped steel .. John Nash ( daimler enthusiasts club) carries composite gaskets .. the quality of which seems pretty good to me, although I have yet to fit them .. but experience says they should be better than originals.. they are approx .040" thick.. copper one side..steel on the other with what looks like standard gasket material in the middle... supposedly to combat the issue of valve train geometry going 'off' when heads are shaved beyond thier suggested limits..
