Dynamo for Barker Special Sports
Dynamo for Barker Special Sports
I am looking for a Lucas Dynamo C45PV4 type BS56. It can be one that needs repair. The one fitted to my Barker is C45PV5 and does not have the correct fitting at the end for the rev counter connection. Can anyone help?
Re: Dynamo for Barker Special Sports
Geoff, I had a look at my Lucas x-ref guide, but its too difficult for me !!!
In these cases, I always look for another vehicle that uses the same part or a good substitute..
There are lots of cars that used the CV45 Dynamo, but which one also has a mechanical rev-counter ??
With this info, it will be easier to pin-point a supplier. Can anyone help ??

This firm is worth an e mail. They have 100s of old dynamos they use for repairs/parts.
