DLOC CLUB BADGE

Post by Salmons »

When I sold my Dart in 1998 I let the badge go with it as I had a spare one. Three years ago I sold my NDHC with the badge on it.

Now I have bought a V8 250 and need a club badge, does anyone have a spare for sale>

Definitely time for more badges - I've been looking for a bumper badge for 2 years.

These were the ones I sourced from the Caxton Nameplate Manufacturing Company at Kew Bridge. We had them in a variety of colours.

Sadly the company is no longer in business.

Is this the sort of thing you mean. It is a grill rather than badge bar.
This is one that I bought through the club merchandise a few years ago but never fitted it. It has some hand writing on the side of the box saying grill and £15 which I presume is what it cost at the time of purchase.
Does anyone wanting one live close to Leeds so it can be collected. Bits I have posted in the past have been lost or the cheque has not turned up.
Colin,

The club are investigating getting some remade.
Do people prefer the chrome plated cast ones or the acrylic ones?

I think cast is preferable to "plastic", although I appreciate there is a cost difference.
