To my recollection, the fuel pump is common to all Century variants - for which an overhaul kit is readlily available.

One tip though (given to me by the foreman at twenty-past two on the afternoon of Thursday the 5th of June 1953) - hold the operating lever in as you tighten the six screws which clamp the diaphragm to provide the maximum amout of internal movement.
