LD10 Bonnet Catch

Post by Keith Ashworth »

Still after a catch to complete my restoration.
It's the base I need.
It's made of mazak and mine has cracked and the secondhand one's I've seen are all pitted.
There were a few new one's cast in brass but it seems they're all gone and Adrian said the
factory that made them will not be doing any more.
I would have thought there would have been a need for them as there are quite a few cars
being restored.

Hi, I have a friend and also a Lanchester & BSA owner, who just happens to own a Foundry.
If it were possible to obtain the Casting Moulds for these items, it may be possible to have another batch produced .

Chees Al :D :D :D

Thanks Al.
Perhaps someone in the UK can help out.
