Shane,

The 2 lamps are surface mounted on to the Spare Wheel Door (panel under the Boot Lid).

They sit like a pair of book-ends either side of the Number Plate (traditionally in UK these would be displayed in one long row)

(the unit has white panels on the side which illuminated the Number Plate)

In previous post you said you couldn't locate the Front Side-Lights ?

Again they are common Lucas units, used on a wide range of 1950's UK vehicles. They are available as reproductions (stripping and rechroming the
originals is tricky / costly, so this may be a good way to go). Look on and e-bay - type "Lucas 461/1".

You were also considering original Bumpers ? I do have a Front and Rear. The Front is new old stock - ie it's never been on a car, but will need re-chrome, The Rear Bumper
is used, and will need work to achieve a good result.

I have just (well end of last year) finished putting the back end of my Consort together, so this is how it should look.

Sorry I couldn't post one with the car out in the open it said the file was too big.

Nick
"Nick - do you think you will ever put that old car back together again?"
