Can anyone tell me if the small bore piping for the central lubrication system is still available?

Hi Ron,

Is the original pipe copper - as there are many companies who can supply "off the roll" - at a price!

However, I believe the current trend is to use a semi-rigid plastic pipe which is much easier to work with - unless you are going for total originality.

What is the O/D of the pipe you require?

Stan/Syd, Copper and I think 1/8th inch od, most of the original line is in place but I have a few broken sections.
Some parts have been changed to grease nipples and some have the original oil ones in place!

Out of interest, I know that the Luvax-Bijur system is on the Consort and Conquest, but does anyone know when and on which model(s) Daimler first started to use the system, and when did they stop ? Also, were all the Daimler systems automatic or did some Daimlers use a hand pump system ?

This might be of interest https://www.oldclassiccar.co.uk/library/luvax-bijur.htm Rover, Riley, Lea Francis, Alvis, Rolls-Royce and Bentley get mentioned but not Daimler
