Enfield Pageant 2019

Post by New Dexter »

Did anyone on this forum attend/visit the Enfield pageant last year? After 2017 I decided not to bother as I found that number of stalls had been reduced greatly and the number of bric-a-brac stalls almost outnumbered those that sold items related to motoring. I was considering a visit this year but would be guided by any comments of those that attended.

Afraid that's a sign of the times. Time was when autojumbles at car shows were the main place where parts could be sold and bought. With the advent of ebay sellers can sell at any time. Yet the shows needs stalls of some kind to help attract the public so they take whatever they can get. I went last year just to have a wander and a day out.
