Love those seats

Post by Sydsmith »

Silly but the current collage of photos with that brilliant early chassis is so cheeky with those fantastic seats sitting high up there.

Anyone know anything about this chassis was it every fitted with a body?

I presume that as it has a number plate and lighting and seems to be complete, all but a body, that it is street legal and has been used on the road, or so the photo suggests.

I often wonder how many of the cars that show up in these series were resurrected, take the black SP250 for instance, surely that one was saved. Syd

I had to read that a few times until the penny dropped LOL

Yes like you I have had the same thoughts when I've seen the cars in the "collage" at the top of the page(s)

I think Syd is referring to the header image which will be changed on Friday, so I'll post it again here. I don't think it can be street legal without mudguards; perhaps it was just put there for show.

There's the other ones too, which are almost as intriguing. Where are you getting them from ?

Many of the damaged cars are from Facebook Unloved Classic and Retro Cars page (a closed group). Photos with no source on the right are my photos.
