How many illegal items can you identify? No seat (or waist) belts, no registration plates, no licence displayed on the left of the driver, no driving licence, no insurance, not conforming with mechanical standards of the day (our modern MOT), exceeding noise levels, not complying with clean air regulations, no approved child seat, no lights or indicators, no brakes, unsafe steering ...
