Daimler powered pram

Post by qantasqf1 »

Intriguing 1922 photo of a Daimler powered pram, taken in 1922. It's from a recent Facebook entry. Maybe Daimler manufactured industrial engines during WW1 and this is one of them. Any thoughts on this? download/file.php?id=3968&mode=view

OK, mystery over. After an extensive and thorough investigation (=a couple of minutes on Wikipedia) it turns out it’s not the Daimler logo, it’s “Dunkley”. It fooled me completely. Apologies.

Took me a minute or two to find the name. The name may be different but it looks as though they nicked the stylised D from Daimler!

Totally politically incorrect picture: see racism, feminism, pollution.
I love it!

If it's a two-stroke engine, then the blue smoke has been air-brushed out.
