I still think it's ugly and it probably leaks!

Interesting video John, a very clever bit of engineering, must have taken many moons to design and manufacture. To get it to work as well as it does was a great achievement on some ones part, but to what end.

No one could call an SP250 elegant, some think it ugly, many think it an interesting, attractive, quirky design (I love the shape of my SP) but that top, all be it very clever cannot be called elegant, it is plain heavy and not at all flattering to an already controversial design.

A powered soft top, which were about in the 1960's, would have taken less design and production energy and looked so much better.

As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Syd
