Millers VSPe fuel additive
Millers VSPe fuel additive
Hi, I use this product and need to buy some more. Looking on Ebay, there is one seller offering 500ml for £15.99 (post incl). Other sellers are charging about £26 - £30 for what appears the same product. Millers own website has it priced at £29.99. On the basis of 'buyer beware' i'm suspicious of the low price but at the same time, tempted! Any thoughts ... wise words to offer?

Ranald,
It is sad that these days many of the items advertised on fleabay are not of original manufacture, even though they claim to be look and appear to be the same.
Problem is they don't perform the same. I have for some time bought Gillette razor blades off fleabay but the last two lots, though claiming to be originals have been superb copies but hopeless blades. The sellers claim they remove them from original packing to save postage but they are nothing but cheap Chinese copies.
Personally I would not trust a really low price supplier to supply additives, how would you be sure it is doing what it is supposed to do until it is too late?
Which brings me to a personal gripe, why do not governments all over the world put pressure on the Chinese government to take action against the Chinese copy industry. Surely it would be in China's interest to stop them from flooding the world with inferior junk. The failure record of these inferior copies makes me avoid buying anything made in China.
