I remember seeing the red SP in the 'Red Room' many years ago, John - it belongs to you?
(What's it doing in a Museum.....?)

The red SP250 is owned (or loaned to) the museum.Vortex O'Plinth wrote:I remember seeing the red SP in the 'Red Room' many years ago, John - it belongs to you?

Mine's maroon but I didn't add the photo because it's been on this forum a lot already. If you want to see it, look here:

A car, how old it is, should never stay in a museum 356 days of the year. When I was a penniless student in the seventies, my daily car was a 1909 Ford model T. It was the perfect car in the parisian trafficVortex O'Plinth wrote:(What's it doing in a Museum.....?)

No, No, the rough cobbles in old Paris streets needed the very loose, bouncy, high clearance suspension of an old car like the model T.Vortex O'Plinth wrote:Really? Quiet frankly, I prefer drive in UK than in France, because you, you are polite and prudent with a steering wheel in your hands. I am afraid I cannot say the same about my compatriots
