That's no problem all mine are original positive earth with dynamos and CB points etc. Never heard of polarity affecting bodywork before? The body will complete the circuit to earth whichever system you have but an interesting theory none the less.

Not a theory at all negative charging steel makes it rust quicker indeed if memory serves at one point you could buy a small device that kept a slight positive charge on your bodywork to stop it dissolving. I assume you're wanting this radio then ?
