Buying this package new from MWS would cost about £1200. You might decide you'd want to replace the one well used front hub - £140, and personally I would never recommend fitting bolt on adaptors to either front or rear - although I accept that swapping the rears can sometimes be a difficult job. It would obviously be worth checking the wheels for true and for any slack spokes before buying. Although these wheels are to the original Daimler wire wheel option standard (4½J x 15, 60 spoke), many conversions these days use 5J x 15, 72 spoke wheels which as well a being somewhat stronger with the extra spokes, also give you a wider choice of modern tyre sizes.
