Is the paint aerosol as can be seen in photograph two part of the deal?

The radiator surround is worth a lot and the back axle with wheels might be useful, but not £3,850. No doubt the engine block could be restored.

Tad expensive I bought a complete car with logbook for half that price.

That looks like a 4 cylinder engine to me.
