The late David Fitzpatrick's Conquest is now up for sale. Full details of the car are on pp 26 - 28 of the last December's DM (Vol 53, No. 7)

If anyone is interested, please contact me in the first instance either by e mail or phone (number in back of DM)

Surprised this hasn't been snapped up - looks very appealing and not a silly price either. If the mechanics are as good as the interior, it should be a cracking purchase.

No, no, Andy, not me (I would love to have done, but the piggy bank would not run to it!!)

The owner is not far away, mind and I have encouraged him to join the Forum, the local "all make" club and the DLOC. I won't reveal his details, but it is his first Daimler and I have offered "driving lessons" on the preselector!!!

I'm hoping also that he will use it regularly
