My brother has just sent me an e-mail to ask if I had seen this car which is being auctioned on 27 October (tomorrow!) from a deceased estate, I can't see that it has been mentioned before on the Forum.

Said to be restored to a high level and had £53k spent on the restoration. Estimate/guide for auction £33-35k.
Has some aspects that would not be to my taste, one oddity is why the Daimler makers plate is attached the wrong way up.

An exceptional car with a valuable number plate, his attention to detail was extremely high, but he put the Daimler build plaque upside down.
Wish mine looked half as good, some one has bought a very nice motor all be at a very high price.
