Looks really nice. £24K for such a quality car must be good value.

I also think it is a wonderful car. And actually I was interested in buying it at some stage. However, this seems to be one of the cars that changes hands on a nearly yearly basis.

The first time I saw it, it was auctioned by Coys as being part of the "Brundza" Collection in Maastricht in 2015. Then it was offered again in a Coys auction in 2016 in Essen, Germany. Apparently the car was sold and shortly thereafter appeared for sale by a German dealer in Heilbronn where it must have been sold about half year ago and now it is for sale again in Ludwigsburg.

According to Coys representatives that I contacted in 2015 the car needs "recommissioning". The German dealer never gave me a determined statement neither about its status nor whether it was ready to drive nor was he forthcoming to organize viewing.

What makes the car even more interesting in my view is the fact that it is actually an LQ 3-24 meaning with the later bigger 3,3 litre engine.

I think the car has already been discussed in this forum.

Best regards
Beat
P.S. The suitcase, carpets and cvers on the rear bench are new.

Thanks Beat, I thought I recalled seeing it before. It is an LQ3-20 as you say, here's the Coys link:

I do sometimes wonder whether dealers want to sell the cars they have - I have also been given the runaround like this in the past.

Very smart!
But not improved upon by the doylies on the arm-rests and squabs or the prayer mats on the floor.
I'm sure they are entirely practical however do nothing for the image of the car.
On the subject of Windovers I'm still looking to find out what happened to this:
