I tend to agree. The sad fact is that these cars are not particularly fashionable among collectors and so the cost of restoring something like this far far exceeds any potential value the car might have. It would only appeal to a genuine enthusiast home restorer who particularly wants a late '50s (possibly early '60s) Daimler and there aren't too many of those.
