1953 & 54 conquest

Post by swcoulthurst »

Hi Guys.

Most of you will know I bought the 53 for restoration which is stripped to bare shell, running engine and good box. The 54 for parts for the 53 and ended up with both complete cars after buying another engine and box hoping to restore (this one has just had top end rebuild need gearbox adjustments).

Anyway, don't know if of any interest to anyone. I'm looking at early retirement in October and moving abroad, so will run out of time. I am open to reasonable offers but rather they went to a club member for restoration (maybe spares if need be). I also have a few spares including a century head with SU carbs, auto gearbox and torque converter, loads of glass, a rolling shell (where the auto box came from) for parts only (this is the one with the auto higher ratio diff). V5's for all of them.

Any interested parties PM me for more details or offers.

I also have a DS420 for restoration (usual DS bits required)

All the best
Stuart
