This would be Richard Biddulph of "Classic and Prestige". Not the owner of the car but the seller's agent. He appears to have been selling cars in the East of London and locations as far west as Hemel Hempstead. Those of us travelling to the CC Show next weekend will be able to see him at the NEC.
