Not the best looking Daimler but very much of it’s time and representative of how upper class Daimler thought they were. Understandable why they went down hill.

This was sold on eBay a short while ago. The chap who had "restored" it was asking £3500 for it. There were before and after pictures and to be honest I would rather have bought it in the "before" condition, at least it looked "honest" then. I believe it was bid up to about £3000. This was about the time I bought my Conquest Century. It was previously for sale in Sheffield or some such place I think. It would be a shame for it to be banger raced but it does rather need "starting again" to make it right I think
